Stephanie Iglesias Valedón

Stephanie Iglesias Valedón believes the strength of an organization begins with how its people experience it.

As Senior Human Resources Manager at PharmPix, she helps shape the culture, communication and leadership practices that allow employees to feel connected to the company’s purpose, and to one another. Her work spans organizational culture, employee experience, leadership effectiveness and change management, but its focus is deeply human: creating an environment where people feel heard, supported and empowered to do meaningful work.

At PharmPix, every role contributes to protecting members and the plans that support them. Stephanie helps ensure the people behind that mission have the clarity, trust and sense of belonging they need to carry it forward.

She brings more than a decade of experience helping organizations and their people navigate growth and change. At Triple-S Management, she served as a Change Management Consultant and later as Culture and Communications Manager, leading culture initiatives and internal communications during a period of significant transformation. Previously, she spent more than six years at Evertec, where she advanced from Analyst to Culture and Development Advisor and HR Business Partner, supporting talent and business priorities within one of Puerto Rico’s and Latin America’s leading technology companies.

Her academic and professional credentials reflect that same focus on people, culture and change. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, with additional certifications in the Denison Organizational Culture model and DISC Flow.

Believing that employee success and organizational success go hand in hand, Stephanie’s work at PharmPix focuses on creating meaningful employee experiences and expanding opportunities for learning, development and career growth. Through initiatives such as the company’s internship program and PharmPix University, she is helping build pathways for emerging talent, strengthen the people already contributing to the company’s success and ensure employees feel valued not only for the work they do today, but for the potential they bring to PharmPix’s future.
