Raquel López Burgos, CPA

Raquel López Burgos is Cost & Budget Director at PharmPix, where she leads corporate budgeting, forecasting, underwriting, rebate management and financial analysis. Her work helps turn complex financial data into the insight leaders and clients need to understand performance, evaluate opportunities and plan for what comes next.

Raquel brings 27 years of finance and accounting experience. Before joining PharmPix, she spent 12 years at Claro Puerto Rico, including seven as Financial Analysis and Corporate Budget Manager, and began her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen LLP and Falcón Sánchez & Associates.

She joined PharmPix 12 years ago, when the company was still a startup with ambitious goals. Since then, she has helped build financial processes from the ground up, solve new challenges as the business evolved and create the structure needed to support sustainable growth. For Raquel, being part of that transformation has been one of the most meaningful parts of her career.

Her leadership style reflects the same discipline she brings to finance: clear expectations, accountability and a constant focus on improvement. She empowers her team to take ownership of their work while keeping everyone aligned around measurable results and the larger goals of the business.

Raquel holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in International Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
