Ivelisse M. Fernández, MBA

Ivelisse M. Fernández is Chief Growth and People Officer at PharmPix, where she leads with a belief that sustainable growth begins with people: the teams who build the company, the clients who trust it, and the members behind every claim. Her portfolio spans marketing, sales, business development, customer engagement and human resources, shaping how the market understands what PharmPix does differently while building the culture, talent and alignment needed to deliver on it. Her work supports the company's growth as a consultative partner built to adapt to each client, not the other way around.

Ivelisse brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across managed care and banking. At MMM, an Elevance Health affiliate, she joined as Vice President of Human Resources and later advanced to Chief Administrative Officer. At Triple-S Management, she served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer before taking on expanded responsibility for product development and sales. Earlier in her career, she spent 18 years in banking, holding roles across human resources, commercial corporate banking and large-scale organizational transformation.

Throughout her career, Ivelisse has helped organizations reposition brands, strengthen customer acquisition and retention, develop leaders and integrate teams around a shared business strategy. She has also spent more than a decade building and repositioning corporate foundations within managed care organizations, connecting business priorities with meaningful community impact.

Her leadership philosophy is grounded in empathy, purpose and accountability. She believes people do their best work when they feel seen, understand why their contribution matters and know their leaders are willing to work alongside them. That philosophy has shaped how she builds teams, develops leaders and helps organizations grow without losing sight of the people behind the results.

Ivelisse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master's in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Indiana University.
