Eric Schram

Eric Schram is Chief Technology Officer of PharmPix, where he leads the engineering and technical execution behind the company’s software and systems. With nearly three decades of PBM experience, he brings a rare understanding of both how those systems are built and how they perform in day-to-day operations.

Before joining PharmPix, Eric spent 20 years at National Pharmaceutical Services. As Vice President of Information Technology, he led the architecture and development of software and claims adjudication systems supporting commercial, self-insured, workers’ compensation, Medicaid and Medicare business. He later served as President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing PBM operations across benefit design, member service, finance, mail order, quality assurance and technology. He also founded LyncStream, a custom software development company serving organizations from startups to large enterprises.

At PharmPix, Eric has strengthened the structure and discipline behind software development, introducing more standardized processes and investing in team knowledge of PBM operations and industry standards. He also leads the development of MedArk®, PharmPix’s Medicare platform, bringing deep operational experience to a complex and highly regulated area of pharmacy benefits.

Eric leads through logic, clarity and collaboration. He believes strong decisions come from shared understanding and works to give teams a clear path from problem to solution.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Information Systems.
